Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Cream together softened butter and sugar, until light.
Beat egg into butter and sugar mixture.
Mix in vanilla.
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl.
Alternate mixing in flour mixture and milk until all is incorporated into batter.
Dust the blueberries with flour to evenly distribute among batter.
Gently fold blueberries into batter.
Oil muffin pan to prevent sticking.
Evenly distribute batter between muffin cups.
Bake for 30 minutes.
