Grilled Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 tsp active dry yest
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 cups all purpose flour

Instructions

  • Add lukewarm water and yeast to mixing bowl. Let sit until it is dissolved.
  • Add olive oil.
  • Add flour.
  • Mix in mixer on low, using dough hook, for 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the dough forms into a ball, remove. The dough should spring back when pressed with your thumb.
  • Grease pan with olive oil.
  • Separate dough into 8 equal balls.
  • As you put the balls of dough in the pan, turn them once to coat with olive oil.
  • Let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • After they rise, they are ready to grill!!
