Add lukewarm water and yeast to mixing bowl. Let sit until it is dissolved.
Add olive oil.
Add flour.
Mix in mixer on low, using dough hook, for 5-7 minutes.
Once the dough forms into a ball, remove. The dough should spring back when pressed with your thumb.
Grease pan with olive oil.
Separate dough into 8 equal balls.
As you put the balls of dough in the pan, turn them once to coat with olive oil.
Let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours.
After they rise, they are ready to grill!!
