Salsa Recipe Made With Fresh Tomatoes
I started searching for a salsa recipe made with fresh tomatoes. To my surprise, I found most recipes were made with canned tomatoes!
Salsa is a major food group in this family. To say we are opinionated on salsa, is an understatement. Not too hot or mild. Not chunky. Not too tomato-y. Lots of lime. Lots of garlic. And fresh ingredients! Which makes summer our favorite salsa season!
After searching and searching, I found a few recipes that were almost there. I combined and made some changes to come up with the Hampton’s Perfect Salsa Recipe! Using a food processor makes it easy to make a non-chunky salsa.
I also need to give a shout out to our favorite tortilla chips. We discovered them last year at Costco and have been obsessed since. Bonus points that they are cooked in avocado oil. Sadly, Costco no longer carries them, but Thrive Market does!
Grab your nachos and tacos and dish up!! Enjoy this salsa recipe made with fresh tomatoes.
